Adapted version of the Sky.fm plugin as the site has been renamed to
Radiotunes.com
Starting the plugin at v3.x.x as the codebase is the same v3 as DI.fm
and Jazzradio
I will be pushing a final update to the Sky.fm plugin, that will
display a message asking people to download this plugin instead.
