All gotham updates plus: Renamed "Backup" although addon id is the same so
that addon data from previous installs still works. Also replaced all XBMC
references with Kodi naming. Updated file system "walk" method to be
compatible with Helix xbmcvfs changes (exists requires trailing slash on
directories)
