Thanks Ronie, I fixed those two bugs and a few others. I forgot to mention
that this skin is currently shared in the WIP Skins forum under the name
reNox. I changed the name to hopefully eliminate any confusion.

Are my xml line endings ok on your end? All of my local files have Unix
line endings, but I think github might have converted them to CRLF.
