Sorry, could you actually use this revision. I got a couple of messages
from twitter saying to tone back the request amount. They wanted an entire
minute though, which seemed sort of crazy. I have it now to use what the
user set, and if there are no new results it is 5 seconds. It used to be
500ms if no new results or on exception, and with my addon being broken for
quite some time... well I can imagine I flooded their server just a bit
lol. oops. Sorry twitter :P .
Also completely disabled the notifications if there are no results, since
this was annoying a lot of people pretty bad, and in case it would break
again.

Also please let me know if you see any other changes that need to be made.
