are you dropping support for Gotham (as it's currently in that repo and
available from Gotham and up) or should it be update to Gotham repo?
Additionally please update the python dependency matching to the Kodi repo
version you are submitting your add-on to http://kodi.wiki/view/Addon.xml
So if you only support Isengard set it to that python version.
