Originally this addon has been written by addonscriptorde - few releases
have been made by andrew leech (https://github.com/andrewleech/) but he
seems to be awol too - and some people where asking for certain features
(mainly launching browser in android) to view comments so i pulled all
relevant changes from forks in github, cleaned things up a bit and added
some things i needed. Changelog in repo with credits to where the code
came from in git log.
Tested on linux desktop, windows and osx laptop and on android tablet ..
havent noticed any regression.
