I removed the code to download from GitHub.
I hope that the ability to update from a downloaded zip directly within the
addon is OK with you since it replicates something already builtin to Kodi.
My addon's method won't overwrite other files or directories already in the
addon directory and removes the branch name from the directory name.
That is a big help to me particularly when multiplatform testing because it
preserves my .git directory and gui project settings as I go from platform
to platform.
