Well, 'latest' might be a relative notion, at the rate I am making commits. During the blitz tourney last Saturday I had a version that froze every time I started observing a game while the Move List was not empty. I debugged and fixed that during the tourney, though. This sounds a bit like it could be the same thing. I just tried to observe two games at FICS simultaneously with my latest version (from the aliennew branch, which I rebased on top of hgmaster).
