You should call whether or not you live in their district, but if you are a constituent, make sure you mention that. If you are also a snowmobiler or an hunter, make sure you mention that as well. Aides all say the calls are running strongly against the rules, but most legislators have not made up their minds yet. So we must keep the pressure on.
