        This a great place to take a family. I would sign up but we are already booked to go there another weekend.  There are plenty of things to do there for everyone. Kids (and adults) love the tubing hill. Don't forget to take your ice fishing equipment !

        I have one 3 bedroom cabin still available at Afterglow Lake Resort Jan
17th to 20th  ( that Monday is Martin Luther King Day)  Afterglow is a
hidden secret.  The trails are meticulously groomed and there are enough
kilometers to keep the avid skier interested. It is very close to the Anvil
and Nicolet North trail system The entire resort will be filled by Nordic
skiers from the Madison area and several family activities are planned
including "the infamous polar plunge," tubing, broom hockey, ice fishing,
snowshoeing, potlucks, yoga and a family ski relay race.  The resort is
perfect for families and dogs are allowed as well.

        The cabin cost is $445 for the 3 nights for 4 persons or fewer.  Each
additional person brings the cost up $20
