As you recall the package price is $133 pp double occupancy which
includes the Friday night buffet, 2 breakfasts, the banquet, two nights
lodging, and trail passes.
If you are staying elsewhere but attending just the banquet please
respond to me so I can get this to Phil.

Thanks for sending all the info.
It SNOWED!!! No a blizzard, but the 3 inches combined with the base we had
were what we needed to start getting the trails open. I'm rating it fair to
good (fair implies rock skis advised), but it's mostly good. There are trail
systems that have been open all winter on less than we have now.
Mike Haag & Michel Flanigan and another couple skied from OO to the lodge
and back yesterday. I ran into Michel in Hayward and she said it was good.
Rock skiing, but they really didn't need them except under some big pines. A
good thing about the base we have is that it is solid. The ground is so damn
cold it will act like a refrigerator during any warm spells. Do need more
before race time though.
I'd say your prospects are good for a Birkie trail ski Saturday morning.
Interestingly Michel and Mike had gone to ABR last Saturday and said it was
a mess. Too many people on too little trail. Friday would likely be a good
bet.

The Outpost Restaurant times for others are: Saturday 7:30 AM - 10 PM. Open
again on Sunday at 7:30 AM.
If you feel we should change the reception time to 8 PM let me know. I was
figuring on your people arriving early since there was no snow to the south
and some North Stars coming in. It's up to you & Fran ( I'll copy this to
Fran ).
Will you or someone from your club be doing a presentation at the Banquet?
Last year Jimmy Vandenbrook was self-contained. We do have AV equipment
available, but there are rental charges. Our Power Point projector may be
out for service, I'd have to check if you're interested.
Don't know that an AV show is necessary, but the host club "talk" and follow
up by other clubs has become a part of the Rendezvous.
I'll work on your room arrangements today.
