I just updated our KVM docs (https://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/xcat/index.php?title=XCAT_Virtualization_with_KVM) with the following new info: - explained we need to set the nodehm.power and nodehm.mgt table fields to "kvm" - changed the order of the "lsvm" and "rpower" commands (so they can actually make sense) - added a section explaining how to connect to the VM's console (using vncviewer) - added a sub-section to the "Possible errors" section explaining that, if your vnc connection complains the authentication failed, your headnode / hypervisor clocks may be out of sync! - added a section explaining how to create a bridge (using the obscure "xHRM" script) ;o)
