Thanks for the explanation,I have a server internally that rsyncs from the sourceforge sites for the yum and release repositoriee for the purpose of our internal installations, and we have kickstart images that do our standard xCAT/centos images which uses the yum repo, and that is how I noticed.
I guess for this case it doesn't matter as it is a test cluster, so I will continue to play anyway ;)
