Does the management network come up the way you want? Or is it changes required before even that can work? Frequently I recommend remotely configuring additional bonding/vswitch/hostportgroups after install and only bothering to do the bare minimum to get management working on post/firstboot. Reason being is that it's easiest to change your mind if your strategy already isn't too attached to install.
