I have a current passport. And I am available throughout the rest of
the year. I do have a lot of commitments on Sundays though, but can be

Subject: customer coverage
Team, as we drive to our 4Q11 GAs and work on all our customer acceptance
tests, we all realize, including our executives, that we have quite a lot
on our plates. Our #1 goal is to ensure we achieve customer acceptance
everywhere............ DOD, Env Canada, UKMO, ECMWF, etc. etc...........
To that end we will need to look at each of our teams to determine who is
available to travel to any customer sites should this be required and of
course it will be on short notice. So to prepare I am asking each of the
LPP team leads to take account of your teams and please send me a list of
who is available to travel...the priority should be those working on 2012
deliverables may be first in the queue ? (also important visas may be
needed as some of these customers are out of country so please let me also
know that visas are current)...thank you in advance for your cooperation
here....
