Yes, xCAT supports the kdump for stateless nodes. See

Hi xCAT community

has one of you ever played with kdump in a stateless environment?
OS is SLES11 (SP1).
AFAIK, kdump needs no special kernel but needs kexec-tool installed and
boot.kdump service enabled.
Usually turning on boot.kdump needs a reboot. Well, tricky in such an
environemt :-)
