When ESXi5 boots with xCAT, it doesn't seem to include the HA agent on the
machine. What is the best way to add this in? Using Autodeploy you can
add the vmware-fdm vib. I've extracted that vib and tried to inject it
into the boot.cfg.stateless config file, but I get corrupted bootbank
errors when I do it. Any pointers?
