Arif,

The htdocs directory is no longer updated with new trunk builds. The trunk
builds are now uploaded to /home/frs/project/x/xc/xcat/yum. Soon this will
be true for the 2.6 builds too.

For others reading this post, the above path is for ssh'ing or rsync'ing to
sourceforege. The URL for browsing the new location is
http://sourceforge.net/projects/xcat/files/yum/ .

I synchronise with the folders on sourceforge locally to one of our
servers,

Does the ssh folder stay the same, or has that changed, I am synchronising
from /home/groups/x/xc/xcat/htdocs/yum/

If you use pre-release, development builds of xCAT (i.e. from the xCAT
svn trunk), this msg is for you.  SourceForge wants us to host our yum
repository at a different location within sourceforge, so we have moved
the development build yum repository to this new location.  (We will
probably move the stable build yum repository next week, if all goes well
  with this.)

So if you have a /etc/yum.repos.d/xCAT-core.repo file that is using the
  URL

  http://xcat.sourceforge.net/yum/devel/core-snap

  it should be changed to

  https://sourceforge.net/projects/xcat/files/yum/devel/core-snap

And in the /etc/yum.repos.d/xCAT-dep.repo file you should change

  http://xcat.sourceforge.net/yum/xcat-dep/<distro>/<arch>

  to

  https://sourceforge.net/projects/xcat/files/yum/xcat-dep/<distro>/<arch>

For SLES, make the equivalent changes to your zypper archive settings.

The location of the tarball snap build has also changed.  It is now at
  http://sourceforge.net/projects/xcat/files/yum/devel/core-rpms-snap.tar.bz2
   for linux and
  http://sourceforge.net/projects/xcat/files/aix/devel/core-aix-snap.tar.gz
for AIX.  But the xCAT download page (
http://xcat.sourceforge.net/#download) has been updated to point to those
new locations, so you shouldn't have to worry about that.

If you have any problems, please post to this mailing list.
