Generally, xnba unless it somehow doesn't work for you.

pxe is pretty much strictly what you get in PXE and syslinux. xNBA adds
iPXE to the mix.
-HTTP transfer of kernel and initrd (generally much faster and more
scalable)
-UEFI native netboot support
-More iSCSI support
-Better support of dynamic service node balancing.
