Trying to use a toolscenter netboot image and I see the following in the
console:

Kicking off: sh start.sh serial
mount.nfs: rpc.statd is not running but is required for remote locking
mount.nfs: Either use '-o nolock' to keep locks local or start statd
mount.nfs: an incorrect mount option was specified

After this, the system reboots.

Looking in start.sh, I can see where it tries to mount the xcat-master,
but I can't see anything wrong with the command. When nfs tries to come up
in during boot, I can see in the console where it says there are no NFS
mounts in fstab so it aborts.
