If I create a credential for one user on one management node, setup-local-client.sh won't let me create another credential on the other mgmt node -- it complains that one already exists. Is there away to create a separet credential for the other mgmt node, or can I get that credential to work for my other management node? ALL Linux (RHEL 5 U5) servers are showing console if i do wcons 'hostname' Now i have installed Esxi 4.1 U1 and i can't get console working. console works fine till initial boot ( rpower) of server. once control passes over to Esxi i don't see anything on console it's just blank, I changed couple of settings on linux server for ex:- added ttyS0 115200 vt100 entries under /etc/inittab I am not sure what to add under Esxi in order to get this working. is there any change for COM settings for Esxi? Any help on this? -- ~ Tanweer ---- ----- Message from Lissa Valletta <[email protected]> on Wed, 22 Aug 2012 07:19:35 -0400 ----- To: xCAT Users Mailing list <[email protected]> cc: xCAT Users Mailing list <[email protected]> Subject: Re: [xcat-user] grant privileges to a group I don't have a good answer here. I tried just defining both Management Servers and the user on both Management Servers policy table, but when the user runs it is still going to try to connect to the host where the credentials were created, not the one you are running on. Maybe someone on the mailing list has an idea. Lissa K. Valletta 2-3/T12 Poughkeepsie, NY 12601 (tie 293) 433-3102 Eric Ross ---08/21/2012 01:17:09 PM--- > No there is not.
