The networks.domain is not honored by makedhcp for now, the makedhcp uses the site.domain for the DHCP option "domain-name" for all the networks. xCAT currently does not support multiple domains, we do have a xCAT wishlist item to support multiple domains.
The networks.ddnsdomain is used for ddns only, the dhcp options " ddns-domainname" and "zone" uses the networks.ddnsdomain.
