Technically, you could try to add the phrase 'port=xxx' at end of first column in the cfgloc file like following:
Pg:dbname=xcatdb;host=10.1.0.181;port=xxxx|xcatadm|passwd Thanks Best Regards ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Wang Xiaopeng (王晓朋) IBM China System Technology Laboratory Tel: 86-10-82453455 Email: [email protected] Address: 28,ZhongGuanCun Software Park,No.8 Dong Bei Wang West Road, Haidian District Beijing P.R.China 100193 From: "DeFalco, Darian" <[email protected]> To: xCAT Users Mailing list <[email protected]>, Date: 2012/11/20 22:41 Subject: [xcat-user] Alternate port with Postgresql We are currently using postgresql as a backend for xcat. We need to change the port which postgresql listens on, but it is not clear if the cfgloc file allows for a port to be specified. Any suggestions? Darian J.
