The support for multiple domains is part of our next release 2.8. For now, on the node's master and the node, if you run makedhcp, you should edit the dhcpd.conf file that is created and add your additional domain to search. If you just sync the /etc/resolv.conf file then each time dhcpd is restarted, it will overlay your sync'd file.
