Hello,

Apologies if this is slightly off-topic.

Can anyone point me in the direction of the software/firmware/service pack
download details for an Intelligent Cluster solution based on IBM Flex
x240 compute nodes?
The operating system is RHEL 6.2 x86_64. and we are going to build a
disk-less cluster.

We need to get the correct xCAT, Mellanox OFED and GPFS and any firmware
versions but I have found it difficult to track down the correct
information on IBM external web sites.
(The cluster shipped in Dec 2012).

Just knowing the correct xCAT and xCAT-Dep versions would be a start as
Intelligent cluster doesn't usually run the latest release.

More information:

With some experimentation on the IBM Fix Central site I found this search
gets me to some flex system information:

- Systems
- System x Integrated Solutions
- Intelligent Cluster
- 1410
- 2012000996I.clst.lnx
- All

Many of the fix central links appear to be broken and I do not want to put
an unsupported configuration onto the cluster.

I have also found conflicting information here (link for developer works
HPC System x SP 2.1):
https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/wikis/display/hpccentral/IBM+HPC+Clustering+with+System+x+%28xSeries%29+and+InfiniBand+Service+Pack+2.1

I also took a look at the 12C Intelligent cluster documentation but none
of that literature seems to mention Flex x240 systems at all.

Regards,

David
