Do you mean to install xCAT on a statelite server to function as an xCAT management node? What's the type of the statelite server, nfs-based or ramdisk-based? For a stateless node, the packages generally will be packed into the osimage, do you want to create an osimage for xCAT management role? How do you plan the storage for the tftp, http service (/install /tftpboot)?
