What's your /etc/yum.repos.d directory contain? Any other xcat-dep repos?

I've followed the install documentation for xCAT installation, but I'm
running into problems early.
When trying to install, yum is detecting the packages in the xCAT-dep
repository, but then fails to download the file.
The files are present at the appointed location, and I can install
them just fine with rpm --i, but for some reason yum doesn't like some
of the packages.
Any help would be appreciated.
