I just ran into problem that took me far too long to debug. I'm hoping that it can be fixed upstream, but at the very least this will get it documented. I created a new install osimage based on the centos6.4-x86_64-install-storage one that is created after running copycds. By default it uses the template:
/opt/xcat/share/xcat/install/centos/storage.centos6.tmpl

That file along with many other templates include options that will cause Anaconda to fail. What made it take so long to debug is that I couldn't get it to tell me why it was failing when it was booting from tftp. I had to load a DVD and tell that to boot from the generated kickstart file on the server. The bad options are documented as deprecated in RedHat's documentation and they are as follows:

langsupport
mouse
--resolvedeps (on the %packages line)

Removing those allowed the kickstart to continue on my CentOS 6.4 build. I assume the same problem with show up with any RedHat or CentOS 6.x build.

If I'm totally off base on this and had something else messed up please let me know. I have verified that these options are still in many templates that are labeled with a 6 in the current git repository.
