I had to install lldptool which is part of the lldpad server package and
then start the server in order to even run this.  Even then Those
commands return nothing. I'm not on the same network, nor do I have
access to the management of of the switch that any of this is connected to.
To be a little more clear, I have access to the switches management from
my desktop workstation, but not from xCAT management server or any
compute nodes.
