I have 40 idataplex machines who use nic=eth0 for configuration in the xcat
cluster.
Now i need to add 2 more new nodes where the hardware is different and the
installation nic seems to be eth2.
i modified the mac table for this node to use eth2 as the interface but the
os doesn't install.
pxe starts and ubuntu starts to load but then the installer gets stuck.
What is the correct way for xcat to know that these 2 nodes need to use
eth2 as the interface.
