I don't know of a way currently to do this. If you can detail what you 
need and when; maybe it can be added as a future item.

During provisioning of guests using the web ui, we have a need to issue 
some RACF commands after the userid has been defined but prior to the 
rnetboot.  Any ideas on how to do this?
