I have xCAT 2.8.4 on an IBM PowerLinux 7R2 with 2 other PowerLinux 7R2's in the cluster and managed by an HMC. I have rcons finally working (gotta be careful editing stanza files) to the two full-server Linux OS's on the 2 PowerLinux 7R2's (installed already manually). I am testing xCAT for usability and cloning. The rsetboot and rinstall commands both return the following error message:
Error: Unable to identify plugin for this command, check relevant tables: nodehm.power,mgt;nodehm.mgt Here is the output from tabdump nodehm : #node, power, mgt, cons, termserver, termport, conserver, serialport, serialspeed, serialflow, getmac, cmdmapping, comments, disable "hmc129",,"hmc",,,,,,,,,,, "cec04",,"hmc",,,,,,,,,,, "p129n06",,"hmc","hmc",,,,,,,,,, "p129n05",,"hmc","hmc",,,,,,,,,, "cec06",,"hmc",,,,,,,,,,, "p129n04",,"hmc","hmc",,,,,,,,,, "cec05",,"hmc",,,,,,,,,,, I don't understand the error message. Can someone help me get rsetboot and rinstall to work? Thanks... -- Kurtis (Kurt) W. Ruby [email protected]
