Did you see the
/install/netboot/centos6.5/x86_64/compute/rootimg/usr/share/dracut/modules.d/95nfs?
Check the permission of 95nfs and 97xcat, and list the files in 97xcat

The definition of centos6.5-x86_64-netboot-compute was built by
xCAT and you did not change it, right?
