Is it possible that your switch spanning tree setting is impacting this?

Subject: [xcat-user] weird bootp behavior on linux on power (RHEL)
Hi,
got a power 822 running xcat on power for linux (rhel6.6) and 8 clients,
i have setup clients as statelite clients and created my image/clients
they are able to boot but the process is really cumbersome,
loks like the dhcp/bootp is not quite working and there a lots of
timeouts,
here is an example of my output when a node boots, it manages to boot at
some point but like i said it's really cumbersome and slow.
