In xCAT I see there is provision to input a node's position in a rack. http://xcat.sourceforge.net/man5/nodepos.5.html
Is there a way of exporting that information to racktables? We are moving to an offsite data centre, and will have to produce lists of machines and their locations. I feel that it's more likely to be kept up to date if we do it in the same place we do node management. Some other pretty printing might be acceptable too - but my colleagues have experience with racktables.
