Looks like the installer does not recognize the raid adapter. I had this with SLES - the keyword is "Driver Update Disk (DUD)" This allows to inject the driver for your specific hardware during installation. Just search the web for "driver update disk" - also redhat has such a feature https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux/6/html/Installation_Guide/chap-Updating_drivers_during_installation_on_Intel_and_AMD_systems.html
And xCAT has also support for it in the within the osimage/linuximage tables - so check man osimage / man linuximage.
