I can take a swing at fixing it (but going home), but wanted to highlight that
after putting the #KICKSTARTNET# into the RH templates, installnic no longer is
honored.
The flow should be to use installnic if it is set to something other than mac,
pull the mac if 'mac', or not say anything if blank to kick off 'autonic'
behavior.
