Video but I can check rcons and report back.

Watching through video or rcons?

All,
My first time installing xCAT and everything seemed to be working great until I
boot the nodes. They pull the proper DHCP addresses that I have assigned to
them when I defined the nodes and they don't error out but instead sit at
trying to load pxelinux.cfg/(nodename). I don't think it is stuck on that
because the message log shows it is past that.
Looking at node01(AC1D0A65) /var/log/messages shows:
Nov 17 15:24:31 csm2 in.tftpd[4871]: RRQ from 172.29.10.101 filename pxelinux.0

I assume the node is communicating with the management node and trying to
retrieve the file.
The contents of the pxelinux.cfg file (AC1D0A65) are (before it was populated
with the genesis kernel etc... but after defining the osimage it change them to
what is below):
#install sles11.3-x86_64-compute
DEFAULT xCAT
LABEL xCAT
KERNEL xcat/osimage/sles113compute/linux
APPEND initrd=xcat/osimage/sles113compute/initrd quiet
autoyast=http://172.29.10.1:80/install/autoinst/node01
install=http://172.29.10.1:80/install/sles11.3/x86_64/1 netdevice=eth0 console
=tty0 console=ttyS0,115200n8r
IPAPPEND 2
Very simple setup, using an IBM x3455 server as the management node and 3 LS21
blades in a BladeCenter H enclosure connected to the same switch, all set in
the same vlan. I chose SLES 11.3 to mimic our production environment even
though it is outdated but it affords me a test area should something go wrong
in production. I can add more nodes etc... as we have many more blade centers
but I just wanted to get the basics down before I went all in. My background
isn't in HPC, far from it, however I am trying to learn.
I have let the nodes sit for some time and nothing is happening. I have been
following the
https://sourceforge.net/p/xcat/wiki/XCAT_iDataPlex_Cluster_Quick_Start/#configure-xcat
guide and it has served me well but I am kind of stuck. They seem to be doing
what they are supposed to be doing but won't go past this. Any thoughts? I
assume it must be something I missed. Are there other logs I need to look into?
I can send more info if needed.
Thank you,
Chad
