But I can execute following command, and I can install OS to the node !

From your log, in the second install the pxe was trying to download pxe
configuration file, but failed. That was weird since whether continued to
download pxe configuration file was made by pxelinux.0 itself instead of
any external cfg.
Two things you can try:
1. use 'xnba' instead of 'pxe' in the 'netboot' attribute
2. run 'rsetboot <node> -n -u' and then 'rpower <node> boot' to initiate
the os deployment.
