Hmm, that's odd, is syslog not running on the server?

What you are seeing is the monitorctrl trying to explicitly log that the node 
power state may have explicitly changed, but it cannot do so because no one 
seems to be listening where syslog should be listening.

rpower is returning some errors when I power on/off or boot x3650 or x3550 M5. 
Running Version 2.13.0 (git commit baf1b4b73da49a0cb4dd71873dfe6d9d70a4794d, 
built Wed Dec  7 04:35:35 EST 2016) on RHEL 7.2.1511. rpower works - the power 
state changes, but I see this error. I found an old instance of this that 
involved restarting the syslog server. That didn't help in this case.
