What do you mean by "find that many packages are missing?" xCAT packages?

Fedora 26 is supported, but there are some modification needed for the basic osimage, mine Fedora 26 ppc64 osiamge definition looks like this:

 

# lsdef -t osimage fedora26-ppc64-install-compute
Object name: fedora26-ppc64-install-compute
    imagetype=linux
    osarch=ppc64
    osdistroname=fedora26-ppc64
    osname=Linux
    osvers=fedora26
    otherpkgdir=/install/post/otherpkgs/fedora26/ppc64

I haven't used Fedora with xcat for a while and am now interested in using it
again.  I don't see it on the supported OS list though - are others still using
this?  I loaded the latest Fedora 26 Server iso but find that many packages
are missing?  Any additional assistance would be appreciated.
