Long time no see!
I have had a look at that, but honestly I was hoping for a simple fix, as I
suspect that this is only the first of many missing modules, and there are
few enough nodes that I can gather mac addresses by hand, especially as I'm
going to have go to in and change the boot mode as they can't boot from the
Mellanox cards in UEFI mode anyway!
