It seems you shall update your repo for xcat-dep, the latest stable xcat-dep tar ball is available at xcat-dep-2.14.0-linux.tar.bz2

If you untag the xcat-dep correctly, you may miss the step `yum clean metadata` before install xCAT.

Or, you can also use our tool `go-xcat` to install xCAT if your MN can access internet directly.

wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/xcat2/xcat-core/master/xCAT-server/share/xcat/tools/go-xcat -O - >/tmp/go-xcat
chmod +x /tmp/go-xcat
/tmp/go-xcat --xcat-version=devel install

using local repo. I added both xcat-core and xcat-deps:

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
