Dracut emergency mode would be well after the xnba.kpxe download, so I don’t think you have to worry about that.
When we say the node display, are we saying the video console or rcons? If set up for rcons, you may want to consult either the /var/log/consoles/<node> file or /var/log/confluent/consoles/<node>, depending on which file exists.
