[xcat-user] Centos 7 fails to deploy with a message - stop at stage 'download_kickstart'

I am running xcat 2.14.4 on a Centos 7.3 platform. I can deploy centos 6 
fine but centos 7 fails to download the kickstart file.
All my troubleshooting attempts failed.
Please assist if there is any problem on xcat and centos 7
