You could simply create a backup of all xCAT databases, and then grep
through that.

mkdir -p /tmp/xcatbackup
/opt/xcat/sbin/dumpxCATdb -a -p /tmp/xcatbackup

As for disabling DHCP on certain interfaces: I believe you should look in
the site table for dhcpinterfaces.
