In xCAT 2.15.1 a new script was shipped /opt/xcat/share/xcat/scripts/BMC_change_password.sh.
This script was intended to be ran for Power systems before "bmcdiscover". You might be able to run that for Lenovo by changing the default userid and password inside that script.
