Chris, what firmware level is on power9 nodes? "rflash -l <node>"
Can you also run "rvitals" while "xcatdebug" is on ? "chdef -t site

We regularly run a script that calls
rvitals <nodes> leds
to detect hardware issues.
Even with the latest greatest xCAT release (2.16.3) this doesn't seem to
work on our power9 nodes:
[root@xcat1 ~]# rvitals $power9node leds
BADCODE: [xcat1]: Error: SDR reservation unsupported.
Should it?
