Well, for reference, confluent also implements cloning, though again that’s falling outside the scope of xCAT per-se.
I also did help one user cobble in clonezilla boot to an xCAT setup, so I know it’s possible, but I have not done it. I haven’t personally touched the system imager support in a great amount of time personally, so I can’t speak to it’s current state. I can into other options for managing cloned images such as storix or clonezilla, but that’s really not idea as it would need to be implemented outside of xCAT. ---- Don Avart CTO RedLine Performance Solutions, LLC (703) 634-5686 dav...@redlineperf.com<mailto:dav...@redlineperf.com> On Mar 14, 2022, at 10:08 AM, Don Avart <dav...@redlineperf.com<mailto:dav...@redlineperf.com>> wrote: Hi all, Is systemimager still supported with xCAT? If so, can someone provide detail around installation and specific versions supported? I’d like to use cloned images on an existing cluster running Centos 8.3.2011, and xcat version 2.16.3.
