Hi,

I would just setup latest xCAT in your Rocky9 VM and then copy/paste all the 
data and configs and make sure it still works.
But be careful, you probably don't want to copy all the OS related configs as 
some of them changed between 7.9 and 9.

Hello

We're running slightly stale xcat 2.16.3 in CentOS 7.9 on bare metal and would 
ideally like to migrate it wholesale to a Rocky9 VM (including DHCP config and 
DNS records)

Is there any form of documented procedure for accomplishing this?  Any 
suggestions as to what steps we'd need to walk through to get there?
